Clarity Routes provides road trip planning services, including custom itineraries, guided tours, vehicle rental assistance, and travel support. Services are subject to availability and may be modified without notice.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require full payment or deposit as specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made through approved payment methods.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

Liability Limitation

Clarity Routes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Clarity Routes is not responsible for costs incurred due to trip interruptions, cancellations, or delays beyond our control.
